Motorcycle Dismantler/Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team within one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxford.

Key duties

The role involves working in our workshop and consists of 2 main functions:

• Removing bike parts from accident damaged bikes for re-sale to the trade and public, and also to be listed on our busy eBay shop
• Carrying out parts checks for the sales/eBay team prior to removing the parts for customers.

Key skills

Previous motorcycle mechanics experience is ESSENTIAL, as is the possession of your own set of tools.

• Experience using a Forklift is also desirable but full training will be provided.

• The successful applicant must be reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious and be comfortable working in a very busy, fast-moving environment.

Rate of pay

The Salary is £27.5K - 29.5K+ Monthly Bonus. The salary is dependent upon experience and reviewed once the 3-month probationary period has been successfully completed.
