Key duties

The Car Parts Call Handler role will involve being the first point of contact when dealing with telephone and email enquiries from the motor trade or members of the general public who are looking for second hand car spares.

Key skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a busy sales office environment
• Previous experience with motor vehicles but not essential
• Being a Team Player
• IT Literate

The successful candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a busy fast-moving environment.
