This is an exciting opportunity to join the team within one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxford.
The main responsibility of the Accounts Assistant role will be dealing with the Sales and Purchase Ledger for Recovery.
Other duties will include:
- Processing recovery related suppliers invoices and their payments onto SAP
- Re-invoicing the Insurance companies in relation to recovery
- Inputting receipts
- Credit control
- Importing sales invoices into SAP
- Producing manual invoice/statements
- Cash counting
- Previous Sales Ledger/Credit control experience
- Excellent excel skills
- Ideally knowledge of SAP
- Experience of working in a busy Accounts environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
